Your Mama Hears...

...That Slade Smiley, the spurned beau hunk ex-boyfriend of Jo on The Housewives of Orange County, has been to real estate school. Well good for him.

We received a call earlier today from Connie Crossyerheartandhopetadie, who giddily informed us that Mister Smiley, who either sold or went into foreclosure on his Coto de Caza house (depends on who you ask), is hanging his license at the venerable and well respected Hilton & Hyland real estate brokerage in Bev Hills.

As of today, Mister Smiley's name does not appear on the H&H website, but his name is indeed among the roster of licensed agents affiliated with H&H that is on file at the Department of State, the agency that oversees real estate licensing and licensees.

Good luck Slade. We hope you have more luck selling houses than you did convincing that brat of an ex-girlfriend to settle down and be a good little wifey.

Slade Smiley... I threw up a little when I heard that name.

Man, he has really slid... form earning 7 figures, to losing his girl, to trying to manage her in LA, to losing his house, & now he is a sales agent...

Sweet.

I watched the show (hey I live in OC, that's my excuse!) but cannot remember what his “job” was. At least his “job” while he was on the show. Does any one remember? Did he get canned or what…

Mama, I don’t like that he has the same name as me... I was temporarily confused... thinking "I didn’t go into foreclosure!!"

Haahah long day.

He really is a tool though.

but onto another debatable topic..

What was the best thing before sliced bread?

hey smiley :) I'm going to try reasoning this out without cheating and looking up someone else's clever answer this time, lol. Since sliced bread was/is good enough to attain "Best Thing' status, the unsliced version couldn't have been too shabby either, so that's my guess.. the 1st loaf of fresh baked bread, yum.

while u are still red hot phoenix.. i've always wondered:

Who copyrighted the copyright symbol?

:)

smiley, re: my IQ.. no clue, but not nearly high enough to suit me, lol

re: copyright symbol, again without doing a search, my best guess is the person who invented it. If not, that person failed to capitalize on the very idea he/she came up with :)

As he said--- "just adding zeros". Tip for you Slade, adding zeros to zeros is STILL zero. BWHAHAHAHAHA!
