Prob not Los Feliz -- he owns a house there that's currently on the market, but he supposedly never lived in it. Sounds more like he's made an offer on a house located a few doors down from his current residence, located off Mulholland.
As the currently highest paid television actor, he can afford the real estate faux pas; if he's serious about the kids, then good for him ––– nothing wrong with maning up for the family.
However, if it's just to be near the ex for some drunk dialing, late night front lawn urinating, or stalking in general, well...he may need to sock away a rainy day legal fund first, and put the lawyer on speed dial.
I wish "Charlie's people" lotsa luck, as if he ever listens to anybody. I heard today that he's chosen a new girlfriend based on her picture in a marijuana ad he spotted, and has been throwing money around right and left on some vacation he's on. Isn't he supposed to be in rehab??? Like I said, lotsa luck.
Ex-wife #3 is living in the Los Feliz casa on N. Catalina. The price was reduced, but nearly enough, and the listing changed to "seller has bought a new home."
Charlie and his ex-wife are actually semi-back together it is being reported. She just left on vacation with him and his two hooker GFs, minus the kids.
She was living with Paris Hilton and filming a reality show, so you know she's not on the wagon. Charlie can probably afford the best drugs, so she went running back when her settlement ran out.
Angie - It's reported that the ex (Brooke) actually went along on the vacation with Charlie, the porn star, and the pakalolo model.
He seems like a fun enough guy, but as a woman I can't imagine putting up with this crap from a current or former love/lust interest. Charlie must have some extraordinary hidden charms known only to these ladies.
When the report came out that Charlie had invited both Brooke and Denise to move into Muholland Estates, and that Brooke had immediately agreed and moved right in but they were still waiting to hear if Denise was on board. . . well you gotta laugh. Now we hear that Brooke also agreed to go to the Bahamas yesterday with Charlie and two porn actresses/prostitutes for a "vacation." Please. That blew up quickly and Brooke is out of there. Presumably out of ME as well. Remember, Brooke was recently shooting a reality series with Paris -- who also lives in ME. Brooke's also a crack addict, pre-dating her marriage to Charlie. She was arrested for crack possession in Florida. I could go on but it's just an endless loop of crazy. The Hiltons have no shame, just vile and predatory.
The charm is not hidden, it's cash. The prostitutes are getting cash. That they then brag to various news outlets about how much Charlie gave them is evidence of how desperate they are for attention because of course this is an alert to the IRS of potential revenues. Brooke is a slightly different story it would seem. She is from a rich family. Her mother has a place in Aspen and also something in Palm Beach or thereabouts. I have no idea what her pathology is, but it is well documented that she has been or is a addicted to cocaine.
There is no way on God's green earth that Denise and the girls are moving to the Muholland Estates to be closer to Charlie. Denise just got finished having a pool completed and is looking--if not started already--to redo the kitchen with add-ons.

I feel sorry for all his kids. the recent interviews show him bombed out of his mind. I am glad they canceled the show, maybe this is the wakeup call he needs. even his brother has little to do with him!!!
