    Thanks for the links Mama and hope you're having a wonderful weekend. I noticed in the WSJ link you provided that even Sandy Gallin is finally acknowledging and coming to terms with the new real estate reality. Quote: "Talent manager Sandy Gallin, who has represented artists like Barbra Streisand and Michael Jackson, has put his Bridgehampton, N.Y. estate back on the market for $26.9 million. The home was listed for $32 million until November of last year."

    I'm curious to get some thoughts of the bloggers...

    We've been considering purchasing a small beach house more than likely near beach house in southern Cali for awhile now... would you prefer Malibu or Corona del Mar and why?

    Mama I say this with a heavy heart because I absolutely LOVE your blog and have been following it for almost 2 years now, but I feel you've been slacking off lately. Big time. Like in the last few months there's only been an average of 2 to 3 updates a week. There was a time when you updated this site basically every day. Please go back to that!

    Yes Mama, and while you are at it my lawn needs mowing and my car needs to be Simonized. If Stewie can log on so often, the least you could do is post once or twice a day. This going to the beach stuff simply has to stop.
