ReplyDeleteUmm, this confuses me. I have a contract signed to buy this house. I didn't realize I was in a bidding war. My agent never said anything about another buyer. This is quite possibly the strangest thing to ever happen to me during a home purchase. Not only am I most likely in a bidding war but the person whom I'm bidding against reads the same blogs as me and comments on them. I also have documentation to prove my purchase but, alas, I do not have a fax machine. I can email them though!!
