...from the ever intrepid and always wickedly well informed Lucy Spillerguts that former teen queen turned tabloid train wreck Lindsay Lohan has moved out of the not particularly private house she shared with her painfully thin and sorta sickly looking gal pal, DJ Samantha Ronson.
Although heaps and hordes of rumors and reports have circulated lately that the lesbian lovers have been fussing and fighting in public places and are possibly headed towards a high drama bust up, young Miss Lohan recently took to her MySpace page and vehemently declared that she and Miss Ronson are not broken up. And maybe they're not. However, according to Ms. Spillerguts, who nearly never has inaccurate information, Little Lindsay Lohan recently leased a 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom Spanish style house on El Contento Drive for nearly ten grand per month.
The property, completely screened by very tall hedges, should provide the poor pap magnet with all the privacy she wants and requires. Other amenities include a secret garden off the master suite and a free standing cabana where she can quietly sit and think about how to get her once promising career back on track.
What it does not offer is any real distance between her and her DJ girly friend as the house is just a short distance from Miss Ronson's rental on Beachwood Canyon Drive, a proximity that pretty much guarantees the two frequently feuding lovebirds will run into each other in the aisles of the Beachwood Market where they shop for food that it doesn't look to Your Mama like they eat.

ReplyDeleteThe beauty of it was that she had it set to private, but of course you only had to know her last name. Um, Lohan. Although she didn't have that many friends, I am surprised she let me through since she appeared to be on a personal level with many.
I'm not one of those people who thinks celebrity profiles are real. I work diligently to track down their real profile. The reason I do this? I have no idea. I never pay attention to them after they accept me anyway.

There are 20+ houses on El Contento, about half of which are the size & style Mama indicates. The Neutra on El Contento was recently for lease but it doesn't fit Mama's description.

I hope Lohan is sober these days. It isn't an area to be driving under the influence. The roads are narrow, curvy and no sidewalks. She could come to a tragic end or on manslaughter charges for causing someone's tragic end.

I hate when people call Lindsay a lesbian..obviously shes bisexual! There is a difference! And I don't think her career is down the drain..People haven't given her enough time to get it on track..she has a movie coming out this year and her album also...Damn give the girl another chance! ReplyDeleteJosh - If that is the rumored house, I bet the story is false. That house is not nearly private enough. Visitors would have to park down the hill on Alcyona and walk up past the paparazzi to get to her house. The vacant lot behind it is easily accessible from below.
ReplyDeleteBack in the 90s, the next house up the hill was Sandra Bullock's. And the house behind it on Alcyona belonged to Gale Gordon (Mr. Mooney on the Lucy show). Bullock bought the Gordon house when the Gordons were moved to a nursing home and her sister lived in the Gordon house so she could maintain the privacy of her backyard.
I don't know if that's the house or not, but lohan has lived in not very private locations before...the place she lives/lived with ronson is right on the street, a pretty busy one at that. before that she lived in a very open apt complex and also with courtney semel which wasn't exactly super private either.
ReplyDeleteI live on the street: 1) story is true and 2) that's the house and 3) she's a nightmare when she's around, which (thank god) isn't often. Oh, and 4) yes, the lot is very private EXCEPT for the noted large "view gap" from the lot below.
