Also, since the house needs to be gutted he's still an idiot if he paid close to its original list price.<BR/><BR/>If this house sells for close to $20m and is only 14k sq ft, why isn't the house at 27 Beverly Park selling that is 20k sq ft and $29m... the dollar / sq ft ratio is pretty close plus 27 is on 6 acres of gorgeous grounds surrounded by much bigger more impressive homes in North Beverly Park.
