Eisenman.

He designed two famous buildings here in Columbus, Ohio: the Wexner Center for the Arts (contemporary art museum on OSU's campus) and the Columbus Convention Center. While both buildings are quite interesting to look at from the outside, both have very impractical interior designs that simply waste space. Hallways leading to nowhere, awkward turns with too-low pitched ceilings, very long and round-a-bout paths from one area to another... just not practical for public-use spaces. Poor design. I'm sure his House VI was horrific.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7179311615101890268.post-75177901160579828582007-08-01T10:23:00.000-07:002007-08-01T10:23:00.000-07:00Whoa, The Franks must have been really, really PO'...Whoa, The Franks must have been really, really PO'd at Mr. Tepperberg's design to publish their dismay with him, yikes. Interesting and I feel somewhat telling that he dosen't want to live in something he designed himself. Tim Gunn is a hoot Mama. I enjoy Project Runway, due in no small measure to Tim's ability to keep the show and my interest flowing when the underbelly of some contestant's personalities starts wearing thin. Enjoy your new neighbor; I know I would :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
