YOUR MAMAS NOTES: Here we go again. Bond gurl, boobie baring Playboy model, celebrity ex-wife, tabloid train wreck and newly minted reality television star Denise Richards is on the move. Again. Oh lawhd children, this ladee is about as real estate fickle as they come. In fact, she's becoming a real Ellen Degeneres with her real estate whirligig, never settling in for more than a year or two before moving on to new digs. Let's have a little recap of Miss Richards recent real estate transactions, just in case anyone cares.

In May of 2005, after fleeing the Encino estate she shared with her obscenely rich, prostie luvin' and (allegedly) porn obsessed huzband Charlie Sheen, she forked over $3,995,000 for house on Middle Fork Road in a gated Westlake Village community. Miss Richards' new crib sat just a stone's throw from her one time BFF and current arch enemy Heather Locklear. However, once Miss Richards started dating Miss Locklear's estranged huzband Richie Sambora, she unloaded that house lickety-split (for $4,100,000) and high-tailed it over to Hidden Hills, another swank and celebrity friendly guard gated community in suburban Los Angeles where in May of 2006 she purchased a house on Long Valley Road for $4,000,000. After owning the 5,188 square foot ranchette for less than one year, the peripatetic gossip glossy favorite flipped it back on the market at $4,495,000 where it sat until she karate chopped the asking price to just under three point eight million smackers. Property records (and reports) show that in late 2007 she finally sold the place for $3,800,000.

But children, even before she sold the above mentioned house on Long Valley Road, the sometimes funny and often foul mouthed Miss Richards purchased another horse friendly house on Long Valley Road. In June of 2007 she forked over $4,395,000 for the 1.15 acre property across the street which property records and listing information indicates measures 5,651 square feet with 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. And now, just one year later she's listed the house at $4,250,000, which even a moe-ron can see is less than she paid for the estate just one year ago. It's been well reported that Miss Richards hauls in boo-coo bucks from her ex-huzband, but can bee-hawtcha really afford to loose half a million dollars in her real estate transactions over the last few years? Considering single mother of two is reported to have a sliver of multi-million dollar back end pie from Mister Sheen's screamingly successful sit-com Two and a Half Men, Your Mama imagines she can.

Anyhoo, current listing information does not currently show pictures of the interior. However iffin the children have any interest in viewing the inviting foyer, grand chef's kitchen with marble counters and custom cabinetry, the luxurious master bedroom with retreat and sumptuous master bath with island spa tub, the gym, office and/or backyard swimming pool and spa, one need only TiVo her show on the E! channel.

Your Mama doesn't have a clue where Miss Richards will be moving next, but we fully expect that her house hunt will be filmed for her television program and printed up in all the gossip glossies. Because let's face it children, she may not be a contender for an Academy Award or an Emmy, but she makes for good tabloid reading. Admit it, she does.

She's no Ellen. Ellen buys smart and makes money.

Of course she needs to keep moving. She's got ten dogs, two pigs, some cats, the two kids and her dad living with her. I watched the first episode of her show (Denise Richards: It's Complicated...btw, Denise, it is not complicated) and was horrified by all the random dog feces, pet hair, hair balls etc. in her home. Social services should make a call or the CDC. Her home is a bio-hazard zone on the verge.

Cut off a wing, and paint it dark green, set it up on the side of a hill....and it's my house.

Now I've got to sell.

Who arranges her many moves for her? I'd be dizzy just supervising. I would presume she at least supervises the moves. Or doesn't she?

Denise is easy on the eyes and has a good sense of humor......however, she has too many animals. I guess she is good for RE agents, who keep flipping her in and out of homes.

Does anyone know what she does with her moving boxes? I need a new house.

I see what looks like a dog run out back; is that where the bitch sleeps or does she dump the kids in there on the nannies' day off?

Tacky, no account bitch.

And Charlie was no prize, either . . .

From the two photos Mumzie posted it looks about the way cat pee smells. I would hate to be the agent who has to smile and sell this endless pile of grey asphalt shingles.

Can anyone say undiagnosed bi-polar disorder? seriously... over spending, constantly moving, no regard for money ie;losing 100's of thousands on her investments, having an overload of animals, constantly shopping, inappropriate language (swearing and speaking provocatively), no ability to sensor one's self -- eek bring in the guys in the white coats this is textbook. glad she's not my neighbor.

Good point about the mental disorder anon 5:01. What is happening now is her star is fading and she's like a version of Britney--addicted to attention. For an actress, that reality show will ruin her career as a "real" actress--but she HAS to have the attention, cuz it's not career or $ motivated. She has to have controversy swirling. And, Charlie was a well documented Pig before marrying her--why does she get mad at him for liking a little mud now and then after and acting shocked--she's KOOKO! and has mood stablization probs so she "treats" herself by moving and reality shows and blaming--rather than fixing.

sammy, Charlie is the pig, for real, although I'm not a big fan of Denise's either.

Charlie Sheen is hot........and he smokes.....he is cool.

The only thing she did good is the movie Wild Things with co star Neve Campbell. Buy it now it is on sale for only 99 cents.

She seems like a wreck, and her house, revolting.

If she doesn't even clean up for the camera crew, what is the house like when they're not around?

of course she is selling her house for less. Even in Hidden Hills our prices are dropping, just like the rest of the state. She's probably upset because the community is attempting to ban filming within the gates because of her show and the Kardashians (hope the Osbournes weren't planning to do a new show)...People are pissed. It doesn't affect me as I don't live near any of them, but it is probably annoying to neighbors.

I have read what you all are writing and I am amazed at how much time you all spend obsessing over Denise's life. I bet NONE OF YOU have a perfect life. Why spend so much time trashing Denise for any and every reason you can come up with? Take the time you spend on these sites trashing Denise and restructure your own freakin lives. You all are judgeing this woman and her life on what the media is writing. Did you forget the media has NO MORALES??? They will write ANYTHING that will result in a sale of the trash they write. Thats why they are called "RAGS". Denise is a celebrity and she's in the public eye alot however, that does not give ANYONE the right to judge her life. Regardless of her celebrity standing she is still a person and her life in part should be private. I some how doubt very much that she would publically go on camera showing tons of dog hair, dog and pig poop all over her house. (as one commenter put) And you really over exaggerate to say the house should be condemed and social services be brought up to speed. On the show they have showed a brief very small chunck of poo but that does not make the house stink or have the need to be condemed. (I can admitt it is a good thing it is on bare floors and not carpet.)She did make sure that the new assistant also had no problem picking up poo if it was found on the floor. So she is aware and makes sure it is cleaned up. Not to mention those animals look cleaner than most humans. I have not once seen Denise, her girls or her animals look dirty on that show. At first site the accidental animal droppings are always picked up right away. If it was left there and ignored then I could see it becomming an issue. No one needs to verbally trash Denise like this. She is not the bad mother and animal owner that everyone is trying to make her out to be. I am sure that many many people have the same situation in their home with animals..The only reason it is MORE NOTICED And made more of a BIG DEAL is because Denise is a household name so people want to make a big deal out of it. If you can't write anything nice, don't write anything...Leave her alone. Stop stooping to the level of the Media. Give her a break.

I agree, 11:04.

I was surprised by the animosity expressed towards Denise. I've seen the show several times and I find her quite charming.

Regarding the animals, I thought animals were one of the reasons people lived in Hidden Hills. It is a nice trait that she loves animals as much as she does.

The house looks nice to me, just not sure if she has enough money to keep losing so much money on her real estate transactions.

Funny, I just went to Hidden Hills on themls and the house on Bridle Trail has a pic with burros on the front lawn.

According to Anonymous 11:04, "...that does not give ANYONE the right to judge her life. Regardless of her celebrity standing she is still a person and her life in part should be private"

When Denise decided to parade her life and the problems that go along with it around on national television, I think she opened herself up for judgment and critiquing. She posed for Playboy, does she expect that people won’t judge her body by doing that? PLEASE! When you open yourself up like that, whether posing nude or appearing on your own reality show, you better expect people to ridicule and criticize. She seems to thrive on attention, chaos and disorder. That’s why she continues her media war with her ex-husband, her former friend and invites camera crews into her home.

Anon 11:04 - calm down, Denise, as long as we're watching the train wreck, you're still in the public eye . . .

Mama, I'm spooked. Have 11:04's posting info ready for the authorities. Hope no reason to, but it's TOO creepy. I couldn't get half way thru it and I was freaking.

I love reality tv, but I think It's Complicated is Simply, very boring. I can't believe the foul mouths on Denise and her father. However, the two seem to have a boring, if not monotone relationship. Any one who has so many loved animals, have a kindness. Of course, the show is scripted, but Denise can afford to have a trainer and a pet sitter. I have a Frenchie and that breed is notorious for relieving themselves incessantly, including indoors. I think the pets are the most interesting part of the show.

Denise seems like a narcissist with a bottomless ego. Me, me, me. It's very sad. This is all she has to offer, invite the public into your home to listen to your poddy mouth and watch a bunch of dogs pee and poo on the floor. It's disgusting. Irv had the right idea, put them in the kennel. But she pulled the guilt trip on dad and accused him of trying to kill the dead mother's dog, not a great move. Now I have no respect for you. You want people to see for themselves what you are really like, so you invite cameras into your home, bad idea, it's not pretty.

wow...too many people with too much time on their hands. Just a little advice...next time think about your own lives before judging another person. personally, being a mum of two myself i applaud her for doing what every mum out there does...love her kids and try to give them the best life possible. i don't think being a celeb doesn't mean that you have to be perfect human being, and being on national TV doesn't mean that mean that either. it is supposed to be reality TV, is it not? at least she's honest. I think that what it shows is that they are just like the rest of us. They have flaws, just like us... so, give the woman a break.
