smiley, from wiki.answers.com.. hehe :)

Q: Do fish get thirsty?

A: Fresh water fish do not drink water. They absorb it through their bodies which makes their body a filter. Salt water fish do drink water. Their bodies are sealed from outside pressures, so they have to drink what they need. So yes some fish get thirsty!

And a little FYI: It seems Tom Cruise got a very good deal on the land he bought from Rob Lowe in Montecito for $3.5 million. I just visited a real estate site that estimates it's value at over $8 million.

Kurt Rappaport is co-founder/principal of Westside Estate Agency (www.w-e-agency.com). Probably has a stable of houses. And Tom Cruise does have a $20mil mortgage:

Lender # 1 Comerica Bank
Loan amount # 1 $20,000,000
Rate type # 1 Variable

Yeah, I know who Kurt Rappaport is & this place was his main house that him & his wife restored so I was basically asking if they have bought a new property yet?

What are the monthly payments on a $20 mil mortgage?

when was that house built?

Built in 1937, and updated twice I believe.

I have a 7.5 mill mortgage and my payments are only 20k per month put down 25%,variable, so I imagine his payments arent as much as people would think a 20mill mortgage would be.

7.5 mill mortgage = 20 k per month?

I have a 110,000 mortgage and pay 1k per month.

What do you have...a 50 year mortgage?

Jeez... Usually I don't feel envious but it's a bit difficult. What an ugly feeling it is too, like you want to squash someone who doesn't seem any more deserving than yourself. I hope you people who can afford such expensive homes also donate heavily to charity. God have mercy on all of us.
