I have been inside both plans of units and the one at $719k is HORRIBLE. The downstairs is cramped, the kitchen hardly fits 2 people, and the 2nd "bedroom" is more of a loft, with no sealed walls. (at least in the unit I looked at) The bathrooms are miniscule. Heaton's unit is much more comfortably sized and well laid out, albeit still overpriced.Marna Palmerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03441997893971244349noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7179311615101890268.post-61383189528031618152011-07-22T16:26:45.637-07:002011-07-22T16:26:45.637-07:00An extra $300,000 because of who is selling it?? She looks vaguely familiar but then I hardly watch tv.

This "loft" also looks vaguely familiar... This style of home has been done to death. This is how young, inexperienced architects and designers think we *should* live.

In places that weren't meant to be homes, cold and open to the elements, like factory workers confined to the tops of their buildings. No matter the color, cinder block is still the material of choice for college dorms and homeless shelters. It look like sh*t! Meanwhile, looking at that hideous aluminium air duct in the "this is the company's home office" kitchen reminds me that most people confuse industrial with municiple. As LGB stated... this is not a loft.
