I can tell you that while a window looks nice, it doesn't vent squat. Generally, everything is blown IN rather than OUT. Yech. And an open window brings the humid Great Outdoors inside which just encourages the damn mold.

FonHom's solution is a wallmounted fan facing the window. If you can't retrofit for a proper vent fan, it helps.FonHomhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01710955433948687225noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7179311615101890268.post-46566023656995646192011-09-28T09:37:38.076-07:002011-09-28T09:37:38.076-07:00Love this property.

Ms. Sherman is one of many behind the lens that Mama has featured. A search of "photographer" turns up the following property owners:
Cindy Sherman, Annie Liebovitz, Diego Uchitel, Raymond Meier, Tony Duran, Paul Costello, Timothy White, Julius Shulman, Harry Langdon, David LaChapelle, Dewey Nicks, and the man-friend of Edward Bazinet. In addition, Mama has mentioned Fabien Boran, Sigrid Rothe, Mike Ruiz, Mario Testino, & Richard Avedon.

Thanks for the education, Mama.

Lady JAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7179311615101890268.post-50633426352055455232011-09-28T08:20:49.482-07:002011-09-28T08:20:49.482-07:00This has got to be the sweetest review you've ...This has got to be the sweetest review you've given in a long time, highlighting all the right spots with just the slightest hint of property-envy. Of course my liking for the site might be different were I to live there and have to put up with the bugs and insects that no doubt swarm all over the area. I had a rural place in Virginia that looked beautiful but, oh, the vermin and insects, etc., etc. Arizona is to be preferred in that regard.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
